Can't say enough wonderful things about Amanda. She helped us look for a home all the way from Corpus, to Portland, to Rockport. She took us all over in 2025 and then again in 2026 when we finally found our home. I cannot recommend her enough. Outstanding!

Working with Amanda was a wonderful experience, totally stress-free. She was always available, even at short notice (on which there were several occasions). Her knowledge of the coastal area and its surroundings was impressive. Her familiarity with plants, fish and wildlife was fun, teaching us some things about coastal life. Her connection to the community was evident, being aware of local businesses and services they offer. All in all, our time spent with Amanda as our agent was exciting and productive. We found a delightful piece of property on the canal and with Amanda’s negotiating expertise we were able to purchase it at a fair price.

Well we relied on Zillow for our Realtor pick so we were a bit skeptical at first. Once we met Amanda and had some discussions/communication with her, we both felt better within a couple of days. She was pleasant and real when working with us. We could tell she really likes Rockport and shared great resources with us that have been helpful. One of the first homes we visited with her was kinda out of our budget and we did make an offer but that didn't work out and she didn't seem to get upset or become pushy. We quickly moved our decision back to the Cloberdants tiny house and she worked quickly to answer questions we had about the tiny home. If there was a question she was unsure about, she would quickly reach out to the sellers Realtor for the answer. She was able to share really good contacts for the few things we needed done once we purchased the home. Amanda is definitely a Texas friendly young lady thats down to earth and easy to talk to.

Amanda helped us in our hunt for a downtown Austin condo. We had a lot of uncertainty of what exactly we wanted and she was patient throughout the process showing us as many examples of possibilities that we wanted. Ultimately we ended up going with a new build downtown and it was a long and extended process.
